Haley Smith

Haley is a Nutritionist and Certified Fertility Awareness Practitioner with a Master's Degree in Nutrition from the National University of Natural Medicine and expertise in PMS, PCOS, irregular or missed periods, and fertility challenges. Haley has helped hundreds of women overcome negative body image patterns, regulate their periods, optimize fertility, and carry healthy pregnancies to term. She believes that helping women to understand and care for their bodies before conception is the best way to make sure the next generation is healthier than the last. Her mission is to empower women who are overlooked by the conventional healthcare system with body literacy and self-trust.

Maddy Michielssen

Maddy is a Functional Nutritional Therapy and Restorative Wellness Practitioner with advanced training and expertise in weight loss, metabolic health, nutritional blood chemistry, health mindset, and hormone longevity. She has worked with over 350 women of all ages, including former competitors, current pro athletes, busy moms, young adults, and C-suite executives who have struggled with weight gain, PCOS, Hashimoto’s, insulin resistance, among other concerns. Having seen first-hand the harmful effects of extreme diets and over-exercise, Maddy is uniquely positioned to help women achieve body confidence and weight loss goals in a metabolically and hormonally safe way.
